HPL (High Pressure Laminate)
HPL cover is actually different sheets or covers that are produced from the combination of cellulose layers and phenolic resin. After exposure to a temperature above 145 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 300 bar, these covers become strong and resistant plates. Laminate sheets are created under high pressure and temperature. After being subjected to pressure and temperature, colored layers and melamine designs cover its surface. This high resistance of chemicals, their durability and adhesion creates a very strong and unbreakable bond between its layers.
Therefore, the sheet is resistant to moisture, wear and heat. The high durability of these sheets has increased their efficiency in areas that are used a lot.
🔸 HPL cover can be used for the following:
✳Interior and exterior view of the building
✳Beds and desks
✳Decorative and functional hospital supplies
✳Elevator interior design
✳Making kitchen cabinets
✳Making wardrobes
